San Telmo is known all over Argentina as being one of the oldest barrios in the country. Located in Buenos Aires, San Telmo boasts some of the most diverse characters that can be found in the entire region. This film pays focus to a select group of individuals who live in 672 Chile Street. The characters followed include an elderly man who doesn't have much to live for in life other than the smile of a beautiful young girl that he takes to school every day. Another character is a gorgeous lady who used to be a very famous actress in her day but has fallen on some hard times as of late.
