Fists In The Pocket is an Italian movie about a family that consists mostly of disabled people. The mother is blind and three of her four children have epilepsy. The normal brother is the breadwinner of the family. Another brother decides that things would be easier for the normal brother if he didn't have to the others. So he decides to kill his mother and siblings.
