After suffering from an abusive past they prepare to leave it behind. They relocate but Vance is desperate to find work, and he soon s Jules and becomes his dueling basketball partner. The two of them are quite talented and begin winning duel after duel, making a real name for themselves and a very successful partnership. They soon find themselves competing in a duel championship game. And folks learn quickly that they'll do just about anything to win.
