Tim Winter is a young man who has lived his entire life within comfortable surroundings, and with the of a big and loving family constantly around him. He has big aspirations towards becoming a world famous tennis player, and dreams of the day he can impress masses of people under the bright lights. Tim lives in West and he is about to take a school trip across the Berlin Wall to East . East is a foreign land to all people of West in more than several ways. While on his school trip, Tim meets a young man who looks exactly like him. It is his twin brother, Ronny.
