Caine (Burt Reynolds) is an out-of-luck gun dealer who loses all of his merchandise after a bust in the Sudan. His prospects look up when a beautiful woman asks him to help her look for gold - at the bottom of a shark-infested sea! Caine may be tough enough to handle the sharks - but can he handle his new employers at the same time?
