Before Rob Cutter, an officer in the Marines, can get an investigative underway about defective helicopter parts, he is murdered to ensure his silence. Now his widow Barbara, also a marine officer, and their son Johnny are targeted by the same corrupt General. But Barbara promises herself to do all that she can to not only save their lives but also bring the issue of defective helicopter C-rings to light.
