This film tells the story of a once popular entertainer who has seen his fame fade in the recent years. Tom Green has for years been viewed as a captivating individual who was willing to go to great lengths in order to secure shock value. He has documented and broadcasted himself doing a variety of grotesque things that made audiences cringe. However, as of recent years his star bas been diminishing and he is rarely mentioned in any form of media. Green decides to take two filmmakers with him on a journey back to his home province of Ottawa, Canada.
