Snow tells the story of Santa Claus, who using the pseudonym Nick Snowden has made his way to a zoo in a bid to free a young reindeer who was captured before being given the chance to learn to fly. While looking for a way to rescue Buddy the reindeer Nick meets Sandy Brooks, who is working with Buddy and quickly falls in love with her. Nick is then left with the problem of how to free Buddy without risking the love he hopes to share with Sandy.

With Christmas fast approaching, Nick Snowden (Tom Cavanagh) needs everything to go perfectly as he takes over the family business being Santa Claus. However, when Buddy the reindeer goes missing just a few days before Christmas, Nick has a big problem on his hands, especially when he finds out that Buddy has been taken to the zoo. Will Nick be able to outsmart Sandy (Ashley Williams), the zoo's pretty animal keeper, in order to get Buddy back to the North Pole in time to save Christmas?
